This is the official "Pick-A-Number Giveaway" journal!




R U L E S:

1.) I have chosen a number between 1 and 10,000. Each deviant gets THREE guesses, and there will be three winners in all.

First place is the person who either guesses the number or comes closest. The second and third place winners are those who either also guess the number (but guessed it AFTER the first place winner) or come next closest.

EDIT: I forgot to mention this, but yes you can donate your prize if you want.


2.) Banned guesses: In order to assure that everyone maximizes their chances and doesn't do themselves a disservice by wasting guesses on cliched (and ultimately incorrect) numbers, I've taken the liberty of banning certain numbers. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, AS THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS ARE BANNED:

+ 1
+ 7
+ 13
+ 42
+ Triple-digit repeating numbers (111, 666, 999, etc). Repeating numbers over 1,000 okay for guessing.

If you guess a banned number, I will try and catch it and give you another chance. In any case, you have until the contest ends to change the guess.

3.) You DO NOT have to use all your guesses, or guess at the same time. But for convenience sake, if you're guessing at different times, try and link me to the other guess.

There are, as I said, going to be three winners.

First place: 6 month subscription
Second place: 3 month subscription
Third place: 1 month subscription
